Ricky.com uses Royal Mail Tracked Delivery for the majority of our domestic and international orders.
All orders are sent in discreet packaging using plain brown cardboard boxes to ensure complete discretion.

All orders from Ricky.com are sent fully tracked for peace of mind. Once we dispatch your order you will receive an email with a unique tracking number that allows you to check the status of your delivery.
Working days are counted as Monday-Friday inclusive. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or during a national Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
All orders received by 5pm will be dispatched same day. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
We are immensely proud that more than half of Ricky's customer base are located outside of the UK.
Please refer to the above pricing table to see our delivery fee for your country. Our fee is fixed no matter how heavy or large your order is. Try and squeeze as much as you can into one order for maximum value!
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are applied when your order reaches the destination country. Please note that we have no control over these charges and the amount cannot be predicted.
You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the order is destined. We will not be liable or responsible if any such law is broken.
What if I’m out when my order arrives?
No problem! Your post person or courier will leave a card with instructions of how to pick up your order.
Please note: If an order is returned to us by a courier because the parcel wasn’t collected by the recipient, or because they weren’t able to deliver the parcel, or if delivery was rejected by the customer, we will process a full refund (excluding shipping) less £10 due to carrier costs to have the parcel sent back to us.
If you benefited from free delivery we will deduct our standard delivery fee as set out in the table above.
My order hasn’t arrived!
If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue please contact our care team who will be happy to assist.
We promise that all orders processed by Ricky are done with the utmost of discretion. Your parcel will be free from any markings to indicate what contents are inside or where it came from. Read more on our discreet ordering promise.
