Ricky.com accepts all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 5pm. As long as you confirm your order before this time on a working day (Mon-Fri) we should be able to dispatch it that same day.

Absolutely. Our site is fully secured using SSL technology. Your payments are processed securely and directly with our payment processor. Meaning we do not see or keep any record of your payment details.

We offer a few delivery options for customers at checkout. If you need your toy urgently, most orders will be eligible to select Royal Mail Special Delivery, which promises next day delivery before 1pm. You can see our full list of delivery options over here.

Delivery & Returns

No problem. Fire us an e-mail as soon as possible to care@ricky.com with your order number and we will try our best to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse.

If it’s too late, and we have already processed the order, we will advise you on how to return your unopened order.

Yes totally discreet. We will securely pack your order into a plain brown box, free of any markings or labels that mention ‘Ricky’. Full details on our discreet packaging promise here.

Your post person or courier will leave a card with instructions of how to get your parcel.
