Track my order

Once we dispatch your order we will send you an email that includes a unique tracking code that can be used to see the latest status of your delivery.

The e-mail is from Ricky Orders and has the subject line "Your Ricky order has been dispatched".

You can click on the tracking code to visit the website of the courier handling your order where you can see the latest status of your order.

Can’t find the email? Try checking your spam inbox to see if our email has ended up in there. If you still can’t find it please contact us and one of our care team will be happy to re-send you your tracking e-mail.

The tracking status says my order has been delivered, but I haven’t got it – what should I do?

If you were out when a delivery was attempted the driver may have left your parcel in your safe place or with a neighbour. It’s worth double-checking these locations first before raising an investigation.

It is most likely that your parcel was returned to your local delivery office after an unsuccessful delivery.

The driver should have left a calling card with instructions of how to either collect your parcel or rearrange delivery.

Please ensure you collect or rearrange delivery of your parcel in a timely manner. If you do not, the courier will eventually return your order back to us after a period of time determined by them.

We will process a refund of any orders that are returned because of a failed delivery minus the original postage charge as displayed in our delivery fee schedule.
